Our Story

We are Lizz Parkins and Francis Duggan, passionate about traveling, the ocean, and Florida's Space Coast. Inspired by our love for these elements, we renovated Space Coast Co-Hosts to offer guests a unique and comfortable stay. Our vision is to provide a welcoming and eco-friendly retreat where guests can experience the best of beach living while enjoying top-notch hospitality.

The Quadplex

Space Coast Co-Hosts quadplex has been recently renovated with no expense spared, ensuring that each of the four units offers the utmost in comfort and style. Each unit features two bedrooms and one bathroom, designed with high-end finishes and modern amenities.

For larger groups or special events, Space Coast Co-Hosts offers multiple booking options:

Individual Units: Choose from four individual units, each offering privacy and comfort.
Front and Back Units: The front and back units can be combined and rented out as a combo, connected by a hotel-style door. This option provides flexibility for smaller groups or families.
Entire Building: Rent out the entire quadplex for exclusive use of all four units, accommodating larger groups, family gatherings, weddings, and company retreats. The spacious layout and modern amenities make it an ideal venue for productive meetings and team-building activities.

Located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, right next to the Fire Department and City Hall, Space Coast Co-Hosts offers the perfect location for convenience and relaxation.
